1. Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 21 business days after payment confirmation due to the nature of made to order hand made goods. 
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • If there are delays due to high order volumes or unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you via email.

2. Shipping Methods & Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination, shipping method, and order weight.
  • Free Shipping is available on orders over $100 for customers within United States.

5. Order Tracking

  • Once shipped, a tracking number will be sent via email.
  • Customers can track their orders using tracking link 

6. Address Accuracy & Non-Delivery Issues

  • Ensure your shipping address is correct before placing an order.
  • We are not responsible for lost or delayed shipments due to incorrect addresses.
  • If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer will need to pay additional shipping fees to resend it.

7. Damaged, Lost, or Missing Packages

  • If your package is lost or damaged during transit, contact us within 7 days of expected delivery date.
  • We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and may offer a replacement or refund based on circumstances.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we’re here to help.

1. Returns

  • You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return an item.
  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

We accept returns under the following circumstances:

  • The item must be returned within 14 days from the date of package delivery.
  • The item must be in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.
  • Non-returnable items: The following are exempt from returns:
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Gift cards
  • Digital downloads
  • Items marked as “Final Sale”

2. Refunds

Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and notify you via email regarding approval or rejection of the refund.

  • If approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment within 30 business days.
  • If rejected, the item will be returned to you at your expense.
  • Partial refunds may be granted in the case of:
    • Items returned in a damaged or altered condition
    • Returns made past the eligible return period

3. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for defective or damaged items.

  • If you need to exchange an item, please contact us with proof of damage (photos may be required).
  • Exchanges are only available for identical items unless agreed upon otherwise.

4. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective item).
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for valuable items.

5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 30 business days, please:
