- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- If there are delays due to high order volumes or unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you via email.
2. Shipping Methods & Costs
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination, shipping method, and order weight.
- Free Shipping is available on orders over $100 for customers within United States.

5. Order Tracking

6. Address Accuracy & Non-Delivery Issues
- Ensure your shipping address is correct before placing an order.
- We are not responsible for lost or delayed shipments due to incorrect addresses.
- If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer will need to pay additional shipping fees to resend it.
7. Damaged, Lost, or Missing Packages
- If your package is lost or damaged during transit, contact us within 7 days of expected delivery date.

1. Returns
- You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return an item.
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
We accept returns under the following circumstances:
- The item must be returned within 14 days from the date of package delivery.
- The item must be in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.
- Non-returnable items: The following are exempt from returns:
- Custom or personalized products
- Gift cards
- Digital downloads
- Items marked as “Final Sale”
2. Refunds
Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and notify you via email regarding approval or rejection of the refund.
- If approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment within 30 business days.
- If rejected, the item will be returned to you at your expense.
